Once the completed work has been delivered and accepted by the customer, copies of recovered, converted, or processed files will normally be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of delivered files. We do not guarantee long-term storage or archival of customer data after delivery.

While reasonable care will be taken when handling storage devices and media, data recovery and media conversion services are provided on a best-efforts basis. No guarantee can be made that all or any data will be successfully recovered, preserved, or converted.
